  • KINGS acts only as a technology platform connecting customers, restaurants, and delivery partners.

5. Pricing & Payments

  • Prices displayed may include applicable taxes and delivery charges.

  • Payments may be made through supported online payment methods or Cash on Delivery (where available).

  • KINGS reserves the right to modify prices, offers, or delivery charges at any time.

6. Delivery

  • Estimated delivery times are approximate and may vary due to weather, traffic, restaurant preparation time, or other unforeseen circumstances.

  • KINGS is not liable for delays beyond its reasonable control.

7. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Orders may only be cancelled according to our Cancellation and Refund Policy.

  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed through the original payment method within the applicable processing period.

8. Delivery Partner Terms

Delivery partners agree to:

  • Deliver orders safely and professionally.

  • Maintain accurate location information while on active deliveries.

  • Follow all applicable traffic laws and safety regulations.

  • Treat customers and restaurant partners respectfully.

9. Restaurant Partner Terms

Restaurant partners agree to:

  • Maintain all required licenses and permits.

  • Prepare food according to applicable food safety standards.

  • Keep menu items, prices, and availability updated.

10. Prohibited Activities

Users must not:

  • Provide false information.

  • Misuse or attempt to hack the platform.

  • Place fraudulent orders.

  • Abuse delivery partners, restaurant partners, or customer support.

  • Use the platform for any unlawful activity.

11. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, graphics, software, and content available through KINGS are owned by KINGS or its licensors and may not be copied, modified, or distributed without prior written permission.
